Lemonade Lifeskills is a team of professional educators specializing in educational consulting and life skills coaching. We assist individuals in navigating school choice options, exploring homeschooling and virtual school opportunities, and accessing community resources. Additionally, we provide guidance through the special education process, including support for students with Dyslexia, Gifted & Talented Learners, and Dyscalculia. Our experts also offer personalized support in developing essential life skills such as personal responsibility, task completion, home organization, and effective scheduling.

Meet our Founders

Meet Allison

Allison is a passionate educator with over 20 years of in-person and virtual school experience inspiring and empowering students to reach their full potential. Since 2020, she has proudly served as a school principal, bringing her dedication and expertise to leadership in education.

Beyond her professional life, Allison is a proud mom to two amazing kids, Gabrielle and Ryder, and the wife of her supportive husband, Patrick. Her family also includes three beloved dogs—Elvis Presley (featured in the photo) and two cherished cats.

Allison’s commitment to education and her passion for helping children and families thrive makes Lemonade Lifeskills a passion of hers.

Meet Shay

Shay brings over 20 years of experience as an educator and counselor in both K-12 virtual and in-person settings, where she has dedicated her career to fostering growth and success in students. Her ability to adapt and connect with learners in various environments has made her an invaluable resource for families and educators alike.

Shay is proudly married to her husband, Matt, a former military service member, and together they share a love for their two dogs, Bear and Bryant.

Her passion for education and her dedication to supporting children and families make her a vital part of the Lemonade Lifeskills team.
